2. User Authentication & Accounts

Plotz99 requires user authentication via Google OAuth to access the Admin Portal.

• You represent that you have the authority to bind any organization on whose behalf you access the Admin Portal.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google Account credentials.
• You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or security breach of your dashboard access.

3. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree to use the Service in compliance with all applicable local, national, and international laws. Specifically, you agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful, fraudulent, or malicious activities.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our servers, databases, or network infrastructure.
• Upload any malicious code, viruses, or software designed to disrupt the performance of our analytics engines.
• Decompile, reverse-engineer, or extract the source code of the Plotz99 platform.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, visualizations, dashboards, logos, algorithms, and software code on Plotz99 are the exclusive property of Plotz99 and its licensors. These terms do not grant you any license or right to copy, distribute, or modify our intellectual property without express written consent.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. PLOTZ99 DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.

6. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PLOTZ99 AND ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Admin Portal at our sole discretion, without prior notice, if we believe your account has violated these Terms & Conditions or poses a security risk to the Service.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Plotz99 operates, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
